Exotic Castle Gold Trading Fund

Castle Rock Capital, in joint venture with Exotic International, has established a private opportunity fund to participate in the booming market for gold. The Exotic Castle Gold Trading Fund (the “Fund”) acquires gold bullion and gold Dore bars from vetted suppliers worldwide at significant discounts to current market value and resells the gold using Exotic’s network of gold purchasers. A portion of the net sale proceeds are retained to fund future gold purchases under long term contracts with the supplier.

The Fund is structured for the maximum protection of its investors as well as ensuring the protection of each gold shipment through delivery to the end buyer and final payment. Investors in the Fund enjoy immediate cashflow with the opportunity to earn significant returns over a short period of time.

Investor proceeds are held with a reputable escrow company until payment is due to the supplier. Alternatively, the Fund posts a letter of credit in favor of the supplier to secure each shipment. Each gold shipment is transported directly to Los Angeles International Airport , where it is picked up by armored car and transported to a local assayer to weigh the gold and determine its purity prior to sale.
