Preparation and presentation of Los Angeles County’s Hall of Administration $500M Base-Isolation Seismic Retrofit.
Owner Authorized Representative for Summerland Assisted Living Facility in Chino CA.
The Wende Museum of the Cold War (an art museum, historical archive, and educational institution), a Los Angeles Unified School District Private Charter School, the Irvine Synagogue for Congregation Shir Ha-Ma’alot, and a large City of Ventura / Trust For Public Land park.
Owner Authorized Representative for construction of $132MM Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences complex, a joint venture between Los Angeles Unified School District and Lend Lease. Services included onsite oversight of seven direct reports, architectural staff and contractors. Completed project on time.
Project scope included adaptive re-use of parts of a former hospital and mitigation of substantial in-situ deleterious material.
Reviewed, analyzed for cost merit, and negotiated over 3,000 Contractor associated Requests for Clarification, Change Order Requests, and purported expense and critical path disruption associated with over 125 Architectural Design Bulletins.
