We have deep experience in sourcing not just the primary product types (office, retail, industrial and multifamily) but also specialty products such as hospitality and healthcare properties.

Our service offering includes both straight brokerage work and fee acquisition work.

Our acquisitions team includes analysts, underwriters, salespersons and licensed attorneys.

In addition to identifying suitable property, we are also involved in sourcing capital (debt and equity) and working side by side with the client during the due diligence phase to ensure that the property will meet the client’s expectations.
